Members Terms of Service

• By signing up and actively using the Easy Cash Monster program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Easy Cash Monster may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with Easy Cash Monster. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement or to file an appeal. Your continued participation in the Easy Cash Monster program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

Relationship of the Parties

• You and Easy Cash Monster are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and Easy Cash Monster. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of Easy Cash Monster. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the Easy Cash Monster program. For privacy and for protection of our marketing strategies no part of the site, emails, newsletters, updates, templates and promotions may be reproduced in any way without prior consent. This includes but it not limited to use of our images, ideas, text, terms or any other information we consider as copyrighted material. Publishing/posting/quoting part or all of such content online or offline by any means or method is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

• Easy Cash Monster will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or Easy Cash Monster program, even if Easy Cash Monster has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, Easy Cash Monster aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Spam

• You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with Easy Cash Monster and may result in legal prosecution. Easy Cash Monster strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. Easy Cash Monster may charge up to $5 per Spam email sent. Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. Easy Cash Monster will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple signups.

Privacy Policy

• At Easy Cash Monster, we strive to develop innovative services to better serve our users. We recognize that privacy is an important issue, so we design and operate our services with the protection of your privacy in mind. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information we gather when you use Easy Cash Monster's services, as well as some of the steps we take to safeguard it.
• The following principles apply to the personally identifying information we ask for and that you provide. "Personally identifying information" is information that individually identifies you, such as your name, physical address or email address.

Data collection

• Easy Cash Monster collects limited non-personally identifying information your browser makes available whenever you visit a website. • We will not sell, disclose or lease our member’s personal information to any other entity, unless this information is required by a local Law Enforcement Agency's.

Changes to this Policy

• Please note this Privacy Policy will change from time to time. We expect most such changes to be minor, but there may be changes that are more significant. Regardless, we will post those changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will also provide a more prominent notice on our News Page. Each version will be noted at the top of the page.
